Peer Support Program

Recovery-Oriented, Person-Driven Support

About Peer Support

The Peer Support Program offers recovery-focused services for individuals living with serious mental illness. Support is provided one-on-one in the community by Certified Peer Specialists (CPS), individuals with lived experience who are trained and actively in recovery.

Services are guided by the individual receiving support, creating a personalized and empowering experience. Through shared experiences, Peer Specialists help build trust, connection, and hope.

Peer Support is designed to complement other mental health services and strengthen each person’s overall recovery journey.
