Pre-Employment Transition Services

Students ages 14 through 21.

We support students by developing their job skills through direct experience.

Job Shadowing

We provide individuals with opportunities to explore careers of interest by visiting local businesses, observing workers, experiencing work environments, and engaging with employers. 

Paid Work Experiences

We supervise students through 45-hour paid work experiences in integrated environments to build workplace skills, ensure safety, and develop employability skills.
