Berks Personnel Network (BPN) is an approved provider of individual services for students' ages 14 through 21 years old.
Work-Based Learning Experiences
BPN supervises students in 90-hour paid work-based learning experiences in integrated environments in the community. Through the experiences, students gain knowledge and skills needed to obtain competitive integrated employment or transition to post-secondary training.
BPN Employment Specialists support the students to learn the job tasks, ensure their safety, and assess their progress in developing appropriate workplace behaviors and employability skills.
