Employment Opportunities at PennDOT Photo License Centers
Through a contract with UniqueSource Products and Services, Threshold participates as a Member Agency in the Photo ID Program. Threshold directly employs 70+ people with disabilities as Photo License Technicians and Greeters at nine Photo License Centers in six counties throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.
This contract provides employment opportunities for individuals pursuing part-time, light duty, sedentary customer service careers.

Individuals employed through the Photo ID Program work alongside PennDOT staff and the public, performing essential customer service duties in busy Photo License Centers.
