We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to support members at both Hope Springs Clubhouseand Mosaic House Clubhouse. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, empathetic, and passionate about helping others build skills, confidence, and independence.

About the Role

As a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker, you’ll work alongside individuals living with mental health challenges, supporting them in their recovery journey and helping them engage fully in daily life. This position plays a vital role in fostering empowerment, inclusion, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting members in clubhouse programming and daily activities
  • Encouraging skill development, independence, and self-advocacy
  • Building trusting, respectful relationships
  • Promoting recovery-focused, strengths-based support
