In 1996, as a result of our dialogue with supported individuals and other stakeholders, Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc. (Threshold) embarked upon a Journey of Self-Examination, which ultimately led to the creation of a new vision.
The new vision embodied a major shift in organizational philosophy and we began moving away from providing program driven services, to providing individualized, person driven supports.

The Mission of Threshold is to enhance the quality of life of persons with disabilities and the economically disadvantaged by providing opportunities to achieve total integration into their community through vocational rehabilitation, employment, and residential services.
