Custom job coaching services are provided on an as-needed basis to support employees in fulfilling their job responsibilities to the satisfaction of their employers.

Custodial Services
Threshold provides on-site job support within your business or organization. With professional supervision, individuals we support complete meaningful work tasks directly in your workplace.
Services may include custodial work, product assembly, and product packaging. We work closely with employers to tailor support that aligns with operational needs while creating inclusive employment opportunities.
Threshold currently supports individuals through an ongoing custodial contract providing comprehensive cleaning services at the Reading State Office Building. This set-aside contract is maintained through UniqueSource, a membership organization that administers the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s State Use Law.
The offices of Community Work Center are open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
